Importantly, supporting the Forest Products account & increasing its funding can reduce wildfire risk, promote rural economic development, & leverage private investment. I thank my colleagues in the House for unanimously passing my amendment.

Thank you....I am a California resident. For once a Republican in Congress passed something in Congress that is positive & useful, in spite of all the TERRIBLE things the Trump administration is doing regarding the environment, setting us back & accelerating climate change.
