Today, I introduced H.R. 6969, the Doug LaMalfa Refund Act, which directs the residents of CA-1 to take actions to get back all funds provided to Doug for lobbying and campaigning and distribute them to the residents of CA-1.
Today, I introduced H.R. 1515, the High Speed Refund Act, which directs the U.S. Dept. of Transportation to take actions to get back all federal funds provided to California for high-speed rail development & return them to the treasury.
