I'm eagerly awaiting your proposal for emergency funding for permanent housing for these folks. There wasn't enough housing in Butte Co for low-income folks before this fire. You and other officials need to make sure a senior getting $900/mo for SS can find an affordable rental.

We need to study and act on why people were not evacuated sooner and/or evacuation routes were not sufficient for the population. This will undoubtedly happen again as long as Climate Deniers are in charge.

This should have never happened to begin with. Cutting funds for Forest service does not help. Having seasonal fire fighters when we dont have fire seasons anymore is ridiculous. And where is everyone going to go with No rentals? So please do something

And my family saved themselves because we were not warned and woke up to my neighbors house on fire. We warned other neighbors on my block to get out. I am so mad and the trauma I feel what are u going to do for us?
