Where I live was conservative in till a lot of LA liberals moved in. Now air, water, spraying, etc. are bad. We used to spray for forest bark beetles,mosquitoes. Now a dead forest easy to burn along with west Niles, Zika virus. We have helped out sensitive groups at what cost.
