Dear Sir, 1000 people are living in tents at the Chico Wal Mart, there are only 5 Porta Potties and people are becoming ill, from lack of sanitation and hygiene. As their Representative, please tell me how setting up an Information Center is going to move them out of tents?
According to FEMA, the Main Disaster Assistance Center will be open tomorrow morning at 9:00 am to assist victims of the #CampFire. It will be located in the old Sears building at the Chico Mall.

Here's an idea....start putting tiny homes on budget, bring in portable sanitation and humane bathing and portapotty services in place and.....tell the potus party that they are not helping anyone in draining resources
