Why, back in 2005 when you were in the state assembly, did you ignore environmental groups when they filed a motion with the federal government urging officials to require that the dam’s emergency spillway be concrete rather than earthen? You offered them no help.

Please do something that matters: Help Enloe and Anthem-BlueCross settle their contract dispute. Butte County and neighbor county citizens are apt to die earlier because of the loss of this resource to ABC customers. Make it happen by Tuesday: I'll consider voting for you.
