Today, I toured construction for Modoc Medical Center & met w/leadership to discuss progress. The new facility will be 47,000 sq. ft. located near Hwy 299 in Alturas. Construction should be completed in 2020 with general hospital operations to begin in late 2020 or early 2021.pic.twitter.com/Q1JitPRYD5
