I’ve said since the horrific shooting in Parkland that doing nothing is not an option, that we must act to secure our schools and provide a safe learning environment for our children. Today, the House of Representatives did something.

What happened in Parkland was a massive breakdown in the system where we missed so many clear warning signs. This bill takes important steps to prevent that from happening again.

You are doing nothing. We had a ban on assault style weapons before in 1984-2004. Why not do it again and add mega magazines, bump stocks, age limit to 21,stricter background regulations and close gun show loopholes.

NOT enough. This does very very little. People can still get military style arms with multiple bullets. At MINIMUM, start with what was done in Florida; but since
@NRA is twisted around your finger, Mr. Yoder, I would not expect more than this.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Good start, but must control access to weapons, too. Gees, I have to renew my contact lens prescription every year and register my car on an annual basis. But, I can go to a gun show or to the classifieds and purchase a gun intended for war?

Nobody's buying it, you NRA shill. Get ready for November, because you're going the way of Rick Saccone.
