Don't disagree, but can we please go back a step and look at mental healthcare instead of making our teachers and first responders responsible for dealing with the failure of mental healthcare?

Required on-going training & zero-tolerance dismissal of position for acts of excessive force. The same firmness that they show citizens will have to be given for them. Train them and hold them accountable for that training. Training and accountability must be tied to job.
