Can there be something to help with rent/mortgages or a moratorium on rent/mortgages/eviction processes in court and phone court? Oklahoma county Courts are still evicting people in a shelter in place

There is a backlog of over 1000+ filed but the sheriffs offices has publicly stated they are not executing any eviction orders. There was a story just ran on
