but the tax payers don't need to foot the bill (again) for private businesses that want MAPS $$ for their personal benefit. PALOMAR is a good organization but DOES NOT NEED OKC residents to pay for a permanent structure so they don't have to foot the bill.

MAPS 1 and 2 were good infrastructure projects with set plans, costs, deadlines and the such. MAPS 3 was (is) a money grabbing open ended boondoggle. MAPS 4 is NOT needed IF the plans, costs, deadlines, details have been ironed out AND are open for residents to see BEFORE vote.
