We need to preserve the ACA’s critical protections and continue to improve health care. That means fighting for lower prescription drug prices and expanding access to mental health and substance abuse services. We need to move forward, not backward.

Update: H.R. 271 went before the House today, but the final vote was postponed. I continue my support for the bill and will vote on it when I get the chance to.

If you're talking about DOJ's flip in the 5th Circuit, also noteworthy is potentially killing the Indian Health Care Improvement Act that was tied in to the ACA. This could be devastating to healthcare in Indian country.

Evidently the “debt” is fixed. Able to give huge tax breaks last year. Of course we payed more in taxes this year. But someone got their taxes cut.
