What about those of us not in unions and paying for the ridiculous teacher salaries on LI bc of the unions and insane pensions collected by police, civil service workers, utility workers. All union deals that are choking the life out of those of us that would like to stay on LI

I watched men's salaries advance for years while teachers stayed low compared to other college grads. Why don't you complain about sanitation, custodians, MTA, & other typically men's jobs which require no college while teaching requires a masters degree.
