While DHS VOICE vilifies so-called "aliens," undoc immigrant VICTIMS of crimes are afraid to come forward b/c of ICE courthouse detentions.

I agree that this is an unfortunate situation, but outweighed by high # of violent crimes committed by some illegal imm gangs. Public 1st.
