One thing I haven't been able to fins in the news about the new legislation: do we have a solution yet for 1099 contractors or small businesses started at the end of 2019 or early 2020? Currently we are cut out of all aid programs except for unemployment.

And unemployment functionally only covers those of us who are totally unemployed, not those who have a reduction in hours or business.
