This is great - but I'm extremely alarmed that the budget guts Medicaid to the tune of billions. During the worst Pandemic we've seen in literally-a-century. Thaaat's a major problem.
Pleased the NYS 2021 budget closes the out-of-state gun loophole by prohibiting individuals from buying a firearm in NY if they committed a serious offense elsewhere.
This is especially important w/ gun sales rising during this crisis.
