Kathleen, how does that even make sense. If you (the house) passed the act and the senate passes the act, it wouldn't be a law unless Trump signs it. Since you're trying to force him, he would veto it which means you would need 2/3rds of each chamber to override him... Really?

Perhaps you should have done something back in January and early February when I called your office begging you to take the Coronavirus seriously instead of the impeachment witch hunt. As I said then and I am saying now, your inaction has lead to the deaths of your constituents.
