I agree, you should be able to vote. The @DNC needs to drop some of the ridiculous demands in the bill currently in the Senate.
This is a national crisis, and time is of the essence. I would suggest that, instead of a change in rules, it be a change made in law. As we've seen, folks like Mitch McConnell are all too happy to change "rules" when it suits them. Like the, "Presidents don't get votes on Supreme Court Justices during their last year" rule.
