Hmm. Is this really a Federal Gov't problem? Don't see anything in the Constitution's enumerated powers to remotely cover this. It should only be a local/state problem. Too bad Congress doesn't have some fiscal controls.
Proud my amendment was included in the PFAS water contamination bill today. It provides relief to ratepayers by authorizing $50 million to reimburse communities like Long Island that have already spent resources battling this crisis.
