As a strong supporter of Israel, I believe we should never shy away from engaging in an honest and constructive conversation about the importance of the U.S.-Israel relationship, especially with those who have opposing views. This trip was an opportunity to do just that. 1/2

It was NOT an opportunity to have "an honest and constructive conversation." It was an opportunity to spit in their faces of the Israelis by pressing them to welcome people who are working actively to strangle them economically and culturally.
