Isn't that disbarrable negligence? Aren't lawyers required to do their due diligence?
I was a prosecutor for 20+ years. I never reached a prosecutorial decision without reviewing the underlying evidence. Never. It's law school 101. But today, that's exactly what Bill Barr admitted to doing. He's clearly unfit for his job and needs to resign.

Come on Kathleen, you can do better than this. Let some of the others run these silly arguments and save your fire for real issues. Think long term. Don't blow your chances, you're well placed to play an important role in the future.

Hell it's pre-law, a first year law student would be better at the job than Barr. He needs to go, if not for his dishonesty at least for his incompetence.

I was an investigations mgr in govt. I never signed off on an investigative report, recommendations w/o examining every piece of evidence & verifying against report contents. Barr is a disgrace. This was DOJ's most important work for 2 yrs. & he didn't review the evidence???
