I just read the bills. They are very short text and appear to match the letter. The Supreme Court is looking at NYC for their wording that prohibits gun owners from bring a gun to anywhere but 9 specific shooting ranges in city limits. hR 8 appears similar.
This statement is total nonsense. Not a single legitimate argument against either bill. Just more #NRA pandering.
