Why the maneuvering through the courts by challenging? It can't be for pre existing conditions. Just put in a new law, it has a lot of support.The issue was forcing a US Citizen to have to pay a penalty if they did not have coverage., which was deemed an issue.
Remember when the President said he would protect people with pre-existing conditions? That was a lie. His administration supported this lawsuit and now the health care of millions of Americans is at risk.
