One month after I took office I visited the Bobby Benson Center in Kahuku in early 2021.
The center is a residential & outpatient program for adolescents, ages 13-17 struggling with homelessness, alcohol and drug addiction.

Today, I spoke on the floor of the House about the Hawaiian Home Lands Preservation Act which would amend the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act of 1920 & lower the blood quantum requirement to 1/32nd for successor beneficiaries.
