We can smell a shell game a mile away. The middle class & small business are not willing to wait for a trickle down that is not a guarantee. We've been boxed in for yrs, bailed out the banks & auto industries and haven't had raises in a decade.

Trump is right about most of corparate businesses budget goes to employees. But only when you realize how much the CEO's & others in admin receive with exorbanant bonuses & no accountability when they lie & cheat to increase their quotas.
