We appreciate your prayers and concerns. We are a peace-loving, tolerant, all-embracing community. May God give wisdom to those involved in this hate crime so that they realize this kind of behavior is not acceptable.
Only prayers won't help. We have to actively promote #compassion #nonviolence @HinduAmerican @TulsiGabbardhttp://www.fromindiawithlove.org/our-film/
I normally keep this Twitter acct for science related things but this really bugs me. This is a terribly sad story of vandalism and hate crime at a Hindu temple in Louisville, KY. These radicals need to be caught. #lovebeatshate
We shld condemn in strong words such racist act. I hope Hindus living in America understand & empathise with victims of such majoritarianism in the country of their birth or roots i.e India.
Not the correct analogy. The Indic traditions do not have exclusive truth claims. Majoritarianism is a trick the social sciences use in order to read exclusive truth claims into the Indic traditions.
Like the people that threw paint on the statute in Cherokee Triangle?
Agree
