  This Louisvillian wants a wall/fence/barrier and, to agree with you, Senator Yarmuth, 5b isn't a lot to ask, especially considering Dems agreed to 25b recently. You could compromise further and get it to 2.5b, I imagine...merely 10% of what was originally acceptable.
