I mean, it seems as if the value of campaign contributions outweigh the life of a first grader, or a movie goer, or someone who wants to go to a concert. We need to vote these cretins out.

Guns aren't the problem. People are.

Goodo, so let’s limit these “people’s” access to deadly toys that are clearly not made for a sensible, secure society.

I’m actually going to agree with you here and to put this in perspective my daughter was shot in Vegas and my mom just got out of the hospital from kidney failure due to e. Coli from bagged salad.

Lettuce is grown in dirt, you have a responsibility to wash it before consumption; and history shows that subcontracting the washing to others is a bad idea.. I agree with the sentiment but not really the false equivalency here Mr. Yarmuth. Lettuce isn't protected specifically in the Bill of Rights as a measure against tyranny. Again, I'm generally for gun regulation, I just hate this argument. Hard to properly discuss in this format

Serious question, what do you consider tyrany and at what point is trying to overthrow the govt or assassinate the president "allowable" as per 2A? Just curious where the line is drawn on the legitimacy of the tyranny/2A argument.
