On the topic of taxes, you said that you want to protect the tax benefits to big corporations that are passed down to the individual. What's your evidence that the tax benefits are in fact being passed to employees and not just kept as profits or executive benefits?

I'm going to need some proof that corporations are altruistic entities that will OF COURSE give any extra money they have to their employees. You need to back that statement up with evidence.
