It seems that nothing will satisfy the Democrats in these negotiations and that they will continue to hold federal workers hostage for the sole purpose of trying to stop President Trump's agenda.

House passed a spending bill for full fiscal 19 funding for the depart's of Transportation, HUD, State, Interior, Agriculture, Treasury, Commerce & Justice, & EPA, OPM & GSA. Pres, Senate & House all agree on the funding. So why are they being held hostage by the Pres & repubs?
