Good. It's a start. But, there's A LOT more that needs to be fixed, such as the attack on healthcare in the bill. What are you going to do to ensure people have affordable healthcare??

On healthcare, he's shown that he is in favor of stripping it from those that can't afford it. But, he's somehow in favor of making it affordable for those that are left. Why not work on making it affordable for everyone (including subsidies to those that get paid peanuts)?

While trying to fix SALT,
@RepJohnFaso#NY19, you still have to make#GOPTaxPlan: - debt neutral - for middle class - not for wealthy&Trump - supercharge growth Otherwise you're breaking solemn campaign pledges on fiscal prudence.pic.twitter.com/XDeSIo43JFThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

But otherwise you'd be for a proposal that, just to give corporations and the rich huge tax breaks, would blow a $1.5 to $1.8 Trillion hole in the budget over 10 years and force big cuts in Medicare, etc? 1/2
-
(Estimate per Wharton) Really for a person who thinks the national debt is in "crisis," you should be against this for more reason than SALT. And don't think you're free to vote for cuts in programs caused by the deficits your GOP has caused. 2/2

Please make sure bulk of benefits go to working families and middle class and supports higher education access. And please don't saddle us with massive debt and then cut social security and medicare to fund the tax breaks given to corporations and the wealthiest.

What about graduate students and phasing out mortgage deduction and every single other element of the plan that attacks people trying to reach out of poverty?

The SALT deduction is one small part of restoring what never should have been on the table. How 'bout the $400 billion in Medicare cuts? Fixing the $1+ trillion new deficit? $460 million taken away from homeless vets? $269 million lost from the estate tax giveaway to the rich?

@RepJohnFaso won't have live, open and public town halls, blocks constituents on Facebook. These are ways of silencing questions and dissent. March into authoritarianism.#ny19#russia - 1 more reply

How about
#GUNCONTROL? That is important to us. -
They would discuss it, if you all could get a consensus about what
#guncontrol should be.
