For 30 yrs Colorado taxpayers have received TABOR revenue payments w/o the IRS raising any issues — we must ensure it stays that way! I led the CO congressional delegation in a bipartisan letter to the IRS requesting they continue treating these payments as nontaxable income.

Honored to announce the re-introduction of the SHRED Act! Our bill will deliver for Colorado’s mountain towns, keep ski fees local and bring more federal resources to our National Forests.

Today, I reintroduced my bipartisan legislation to support local ski areas by cutting unnecessary red tape and keeping ski fees local. The SHRED Act will help communities enjoy the winter sports we know and love while preserving our national forests for generations to come.

Last night, Republicans showed who they were — refusing to support paying teachers, public health, raising wages, and more. "This isn't some right-wing ... this is the ethos of the modern Republican Party." Watch Rep. AOC respond to SOTU ⬇️

Last week, #TeamNeguse toured the Ice Core Facility in Colorado. This groundbreaking facility is storing, curating, & studying meteoric ice cores recovered from the glaciated regions of the world. Now that’s cool…🧊🧊

Unconscionable and appalling. Tyre Nichols should be alive today.

No veteran should be without a place to call home. Yesterday, I re-introduced the Veterans Jobs Training Act to expand the highly successful Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP), which works to support job training and placement services for our nation’s veterans.
