Honestly I don't think they need translator I've heard Putin speak English! He speaks English clearly enough for Donald Trump to understand. My guess is there really was no translator in the ROOM-- maybe around, them outside This Summit was a ruse to talk face-to-face.

I know. I have spoke to him in both English and German. His German is perfect and his English better than most Russians. I think he speaks French too. Lived in StP. 5 years in the early 90’s, he was #2 for Mayor Sobchak and did most “contracts” with foreign firms.
