As I read this, it is to reimburse MoCo for repairs already made, which is terrific, but not for repairs which are still needed, like for Upper Rocky Creek area road?? Will this help those poor people who have been dealing with a destroyed road for 3 years?

Hi Kate- this is a targeted grant for reimbursement of the work on the lower road. My office is working with the County and FEMA on the upper portion of the road.
