The people's budget office, CBO, reported in Dec 2016 that projected tax revenues to SSA would be short 29% of outlays with scheduled benefits. It's broken, broke and bust. Are you and others planning to slash benefits by 29% to keep it solvent?

Is the author on this twitter feed capable of rational, logical dialogue on a critical entitlement that's been a ticking time bomb for more than 30 years? Because a post like this magnifies the sheer ignorance of the enormity of this problem.

Ignorance of the fact there is an on the books deficit of $22+Trillion dollars and unfunded mandates from our Federal Government of $220+ Trillion dollars. What are you going to do, slash benefits or raise taxes?

If it's raise taxes, the US GDP, all persons and businesses, generate $22.5 Trillion dollars a year. Meaning that even at a 100% tax on every person and business would take more than ten years to pay. Are you comprehending how enormous this problem is?
