Thanks to @RepAnthonyBrown for including a provision of our bill, the Better Military Housing Act, in #FY20NDAA. The amendment requires @DoD_IG annually review 15 randomly selected military installations for the oversight of privatized military housing & make the results public.

Can The Parks be first? Lots of complaints of mold, rodents, and dilapidated facilities. I lived there and can verify all three conditions.

The first words on CRC Property and Asset Management’s website for The Parks at Monterey Bay are “Military Homes.” Reservists, retirees, and civilians (the last comprised of CSUMB students, first responders, and nurses) all live there. Hope they qualify! https://www.parksatmonterey.com
