Jim, Obamacare was the greatest transfer of wealth from the middle class to the poor since the beginning of the War on Poverty. Thanks to Obamacare most of the middle class saw their deductibles skyrocket! The poor pay nothing.
The Administration is trying to expand junk insurance plans. This undermines the insurance market and raises costs for those who depend on comprehensive coverage, including those with pre-existing conditions. I will be voting for HR 986 to protect their coverage. #ProtectOurCare
