Have you introduced bipartisan bills to support ALL students or do veterans have privileges over non-veteran citizens. Are not All US citizens equal and deserving the same benefits as those who chose to enlist in what has been an all volunteer military since 1973?

How about putting all your efforts into passing tuition free State Public College, something CA residents enjoyed before Ronny RayGun helped eviscerated it back in the '70's.
