Current law lets Big Tech exclude Americans from some of the most valuable careers in the country and hire foreign guest workers on the cheap. My bill would END this domestic outsourcing.

There aren't many qualified for tech jobs here. They all get computer programming degrees-- which isn't what is needed. How many tech jobs in IN-3 pay anywhere close to 110k? The few that do, have many, MANY years experience. Typical R thinks he knows what's best for business.

News flash: Tech is mostly remote work. The Visa program is irrelevant. Employees don't have to move here. Many businesses are global... but Jim doesn't understand. (All the teachers stand and clap because they know how it feels to have politicians oblivious to their job).
