The crux of Texas's amicus brief is "waahhhhhh, we lost."

It means that engaged in a seditious act against the United States as he knowingly made a malicious misrepresentation of our Constitution in attempt to overthrow our democracy and violate the civil rights of US citizens.
I demand prosecution for the treacherous act.

129 Hoosiers died of Covid yesterday, a one day record. Jim Banks is relitigating a court case that SCOTUS dismissed without comment. He does not give a shit if you or your family live or die.

If it were truly about this claim, Jim would have previously acted on Indiana's election changes.
Jims actions are not about the constitution or the law. He wants to overturn US democracy.

I find it odd you signed onto this BIG government brief given the lawsuit attempted to nullify citizens' votes & "claimed that the states’ legislatures, rather than voters, should choose their electors."
Why do you want votes taken away from the American citizens who cast them?

Trying to write revisionist history is not gonna work Jim. Your guy lost and your response was to try to disenfranchise people from states you don’t even represent. This is a stain you’ll carry from here on.
