In 3G/4G telecoms, decisions are made in a “core” and sent to "non-core" antennas that transmit the signals. 5G's faster PRECISELY B/C non-core parts are integrated into the decision making process. So, there is NO difference between core/non-core parts in a 5G network. (2/3)
