The evil lies with the parents. Everyone has the tools needed to limited exposure of their kids to these things, they simply need to educate themselves on their use.
There would be less child porn if parents did their due diligence by getting involved in their child's hobbies, pedophiles take advantage of children through social media, meaning if your kid didn't get a Facebook and go to a Fortnite fan page they wouldn't get sexually exploit:3
