Well Congressman, as your constituent, I do not feel that Congress finally reclaiming its Constitutional role as the sole authorizer of war is at all partisan. I would think that for all their proclaimed love of the Constitution, conservatives would want this too.

The truth is that ever since everyone in Congress who voted for the disastrous Iraq war has had to answer for it in every election since, Congress has shirked its responsibility to authorize military actions. That needs to end.
