Sounds great in theory. However we all know that list is seriously flawed. There are ppl on that list who shouldn't be.
Forget about "No Fly, No Buy," how about "No Fly, Goodbye." If you are a non-citizen and on the terror watch list, you should be deported.

How about "No buy, No fly": if you're unqualified to buy a firearm (felon, etc.) you cant board commercial aircraft?

heck even citizen can't fly, or go to a BMT without a passport or expanded ID, which is only available in 9 states!
