When I was sixteen, my parents sacrificed all their savings to send me to America. They did so because they believed it was where I would find the best education and most opportunity. Three decades later, I became the first South-Asian woman in the House of Representatives.

Um, they actually ARE legitimate asylum seekers and the ignorant person is YOU to insinuate her "heritage" makes her less intelligent. Wow, this country is SAD right now. ANY PERSON IS ALLOWED TO SEEK ASYLUM. It's supposed to be something we want to offer to those in need.
