I believe the rich got richer over the last 8 years? Now it's time for the middle class.
-
Your understanding is upside down. How do you explain the inheritance tax? The end of the SALT deduction or student loan interest. I expect your support is either cynical of tribal. In either case it's unfounded.

Jason-I don’t care that I have tons of constituents calling me with concerns, I don’t care that I can’t offer them analysis that show this helps them, I don’t care that this bill is rammed through without bi-partisan, I don’t care that this adds over a trillion to the deficit.

Jason, don't add $1.5 trillion to the national debt with permanent big tax cuts for your Koch brother benefactors and temporary little ones for your constituents! There's no proof that it will spur economic growth, as the nonpartisan economist are saying.https://www.politico.com/interactives/2017/gop-tax-rate-cut-wealthy/ …

That's weird, because there sure are a lot of other sources saying that this bill would actually increase taxes for the middle class. You trying to pull a fast one?
-
In the future it could. In the near term it reduces them. Just like Bush's however, they will be extended for the middle class and probably increased on the rich.
-
But that’s not the law. Jason voted to keep the corporate tax permanent but not small business or individuals - they expire. The tax incentives for MN based wind and solar innovative companies were removed but tax breaks for oil and gas companies are permanent.

Just stop, trying to defend this
#GOPTaxScam bill. Your constituents know the truth that you are voting Party over people and that this bill will only help the wealthy. Meaningless graphs won't help you sell this awful bill. -
The truth in that the middle class gets to keep more of their taxes next year?
-
But not 2020 and beyond?

We see what you’re doing,
@RepJasonLewis . Looting the treasury on behalf of the donor class while boning the middle class is a pure GOP play and the reason you’ll not long represent#MN02.pic.twitter.com/ey8yc6LOJ9

You keep tweeting about how excited you are to be advancing this tax scam despite the fact that 75% of your constituency does not want it. Listen to us!
-
-
It was on a promise to the working people, not a payoff to the rich.
-
Keep trying to spin that narrative.....good luck!!
-
Then what did the congressman mean by being the "Independent voice"? Because he's been all about donor payoffs since taking office and he votes 94% of the time with the president.
-
This analysis seems to show is an independent voice who doesn’t seem to mind standing up to leadership when necessary. https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/jason_lewis/412711 …
-
He hasn't stood up to anything but having town halls.
-
Then you clearly are not paying attention. And I just showed you independent research that shows you are wrong.
