        So misleading, 20% of enrollees does not = 20% of funds, its a minority compared to per capita spending for the disabled, /1

        are not the same. Waiting lists for children with special needs for services has been a problem for long before and after the ACA. /3

        Waiting lists will only get worse with the long term gutting of Medicaid under AHCA, espcailly since a majority of SPED services /4

        are paid out of Medicaid rather than local education budgets. If you want to find "zealous ideologues " the mirror is a good place to start.

        Also not able to qualify for permanent disability does not equal able bodied/employable esp. if you factor in mental health issues.
