Sound like a big win for saving payroll dollars for big business. Who you working for? Not us.

Since you NEVER had one TOWN HALL you didn't get any feedback from your district.
-
You are getting very good a justifying and twisting screwing your constituents.
-
Don't worry, the company won't make you take time off instead of OT pay. It is your option. Wink wink.

You are not supporting workers with this bill. Instead of overtime pay, I would get a day off that my employer may never grant me.

May sound good on paper but this is obviously pro-business, not pro-employee. Always looking out for those with big campaign donations

You understand that this is the same parameters given to public sector workers right? But I forgot, big govt is fine, just not private biz
-
I always find it funny to listen to Rs whine about big government while supporting unnecessary legislation
-
Your "unnecessary" is my "right on point". And who's whining? Seems to me that's all I've been seeing from the Dems esp on this thread.
-
Under current law, an employer that wants to give an employee time off to compensate for working extra hours can. No legislation necessary.
-
If they're actually interested in workers' rights, pass legislation to improve sick/ vac/family leave policies. Like in public sector jobs.

As usual, you are a far right yes man. Kudos to the 6 GOP who voted against this big business bill. No kudos to you.

This bill destroys what labor unions fought for and won: 40 hr work week and OT. Now all enjoy-union or no. You just hurt workers with this

The potential for abuse is too high, particularly with budget cuts to DOL.

Giving people more latitude to make their own choices! Love it!

The employer is the only one who gets to make a choice.
