        Sorry for being morbid, but you need to pass a companion bill, Right to Die. In many cases trying unapproved treatments, could leave a patient in a much worse condition than they started. Right to Try removes all responsibility from the treatment manufacturer.

        Still very torn about this. While I think that those with no other option should have the right to try other treatments, it worries me that this will become too commonplace. Are there only specific scenarios where this is allowed?

        The purpose is to undermine the FDA. No good will come of this. It's like what they are doing to the EPA, Education, everything. Insurance won't cover these drugs, or side effects or complications
