    Aug 13th is Black Women’s Equal Pay Day,showing how far into 2020 black women must work to earn what white men earned in 2019.That’s 9 extra months!Even worse, the gap has widened since last year. Black women are disproportionately heads of household,we-make up the largest (1/2)

    I knew I wasn’t the only one struggling— miserably. This too will pass and I am going to a beach when it does. With a cocktail. And music. No kids. And I am bringing my sand to the beach because my beach is better 🤣

    Throwing around my doctorate in education for a sec: I want all you parents to know that *literally no human beings ever in history* have been asked to educate kids & do adult work simultaneously the way you are now. The scientific term for what you're facing is "batshit insane."
